The Bluff City Medical Society Foundation’s Improving Health Equity: Implications for Rare Disease Webinar Series took place September 2024-November 2024.
The webinar recordings for series are available for viewing at your convenience. Viewers have the ability to obtain CME through December 31, 2025. This FREE activity is approved for AMA PRA Category 1 credit(s)™. The webinars were approved for 1.5 hours of AMA Category 1 PRA Credits each for a total of 4.5 hours of CME for the entire series once completed.
Feel free to share this information with colleagues to increase viewership as they can also obtain FREE CME credits for completing the webinar series.

Claim CME credits using the instructions below:
Go to cmetracker.net/MORE/ or use the QR code found in the webinar recordings
Click Sign In from the left navigation area
Enter your email address and click Create Account OR sign in using your credentials *After you sign up for an account you may have to log out then go back to the site
In the left navigation area, click My Portal and then select Claim Credit
Enter activity code *found in individual webinar recordings* then click Submit
Make your selections on the evaluation form and click Done
You will be directed to the Certificate Preparation Page. The amount and type of credit that matches your profile is displayed. Attest to the amount of credit you wish to claim and click Submit.
Your certificate is now displayed. Your profile is now registered and credited for the credit type and amounts selected.
To reprint your CME certificate later return to cmetracker.net/MORE/ Click Credit History & Past Certificate from the left navigation menu
Locate the event from the listing and click Print Certificate
